SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
ATLANTIC REGION MOTOR SPORTS Inc. TRAC TOUR SERIES Race #2 & 3 ATLANTIC MOTORSPORT PARK SHUBENACADIE, NOVA SCOTIA June 25, 26, & 27, 2010 Sanctioned by ASN Canada FIA and A.R.M.S. Inc. These races will be held under the rules set forth by Atlantic Region Motor Sport (ARMS) including any addendums. A copy of these rules can be found at http://www.armsinc.ca/race/race-rules.html. (All except drivers with valid race license.) (Please make cheques payable to Atlantic Region Motor Sports Inc.. Cash accepted.) REFUNDS: If a driver/entrant has registered, and has a mechanical breakdown during practice or qualifying, a 50% refund will be issued. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, after the driver/entrant has taken a green flag for a race, no refund will be made. In the event that a race day cannot continue, then all expenses will be paid, and any remaining money will be divided equally between entrants. SPECIAL REFUNDS: For 2-day entries only, inability to start Day 2 due to any reasonable circumstance (mechanical, health, family) will result in refund of: $100 first driver and $50 second driver. TRACK DESCRIPTION: Racing will take place at Atlantic Motorsport Park, Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia. OFFICIAL BULLETIN BOARD: An official bulletin board will be maintained outside what is considered the Registration Building. Race organizers will consider this Building as Race Headquarters for the event. RACE EXCLUSIONS: The race organizers reserve the right to exclude from racing all those who fail to comply to the rules of the ARMS handbook and these supplementary regulations. INSURANCE: ASN Canada/FIA and Jones Brown Motorsport Insurance See http://www.asncanada.com/ SCORING FORMAT: Points to be awarded for each day of racing towards 2010 Championship Series. Racing will be scored in one of two ways: time to complete a set number of laps, or laps per set amount of time. RACE CARS: Races will be provided for the following classes: Per 2010 ARMS Race Regulations. Some or all sedan classes will be combined for certain races. All open wheel car classes will be combined for certain races. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/REGULATIONS: - No race car will be allowed on the track until passed by the Technical Inspector under the direction of the Region Scruitineer. - No car or driver permitted track-side prior to completed registration. - There will be no practice on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday except as per the schedule. - Any ATV type vehicle must be clearly identifiable to a driver/entrant (by car # affixed to the vehicle) and must be used in a safe manner by an adult only. No sitting or riding on the exterior of a moving vehicle. - Paddock area speed is 10kmph. - Pit lane Max speed is no greater than 60kmph. - Please use drums provided for all waste fluids. - NO alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the paddock/pit area before the end of the race day program. - No driver may consume alcohol 8 hours before competing. Drivers may be asked to submit to a breathalyzer test. - Pit lane: no open-toed shoes, or shorts allowed. Only pit crew and drivers are allowed on pit lane. - All drivers, entrants, and crew are required to sign the official waiver form, located at the registration building, and also upon entrance to the Park.
